MY STORY
Why AK Tutors?
Hi, I'm Ash, a dedicated teacher at a Special School, supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and various SEND needs through inclusive, tailored teaching.
I collaborate closely with other professionals to ensure each student receives the right support for their development.
Beyond the classroom, I’ve worked as a tutor for primary and secondary students, specializing in Maths, English, GCSE preparation, and 11+ exams.
My previous experience as a SEND Home Tutor and at Kumon strengthened my ability to adapt lessons and motivate learners of all abilities.
With a BA in Early Childhood Studies and a PGCE in Primary Education with SEND, I’m passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
